These Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies, or game-specific terms published on the ace4 platform, constitute the entire agreement between ace4 and each player regarding the use of the Services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific document shall take precedence with respect to the subject matter it addresses.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the ace4 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ace4 Services.
Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and ace4 with respect to your use of the platform. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the ace4 website or create an account — whichever occurs first.
Continued use of the ace4 platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. ace4 will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or platform notification, but absence of such notification does not relieve you of the obligation to review these Terms.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
The ace4 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any of the Services, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. ace4 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously and employs a range of measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform.
3.1 Age Verification
ace4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include, but are not limited to:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport
- Bangladesh driving licence
- Birth certificate in combination with a government-issued photo ID
Where age verification documents are requested, the player's account will be suspended from withdrawal activity until verification is satisfactorily completed. ace4 may also restrict deposit and wagering activity during the verification period at its sole discretion.
3.2 Underage Accounts
If ace4 determines, at any time and by any means, that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the following actions will be taken immediately and without prior notice:
- The account will be permanently closed
- All pending withdrawals will be cancelled
- Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification
- All winnings generated while the account was in use will be forfeited in full
ace4 may also take additional steps including reporting the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility
The ace4 Services are offered to players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the ace4 platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. ace4 makes no representation that access to or use of the Services is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed at ace4's discretion.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of ace4 Services — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, and live casino games — you must register a player account. Registration is free and available to all eligible individuals in Bangladesh who meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
4.1 Registration Requirements
When registering an account with ace4, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a payment method that you are the registered owner of. You must not impersonate any other person or use false information during registration.
4.2 One Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ace4. Creating more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ace4 uses a range of technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found:
- All accounts associated with the individual will be permanently closed
- All bonuses and bonus-derived winnings across all accounts will be forfeited
- Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation
- The player will be permanently banned from the ace4 platform
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace4 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ace4 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
ace4 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account. This adds a layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number each time you log in from a new device or location.
ace4 accepts no liability for losses or damages resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported suspected unauthorised access.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC)
ace4 may at any time, and is required to in certain circumstances, conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on a player's account. Verification may include confirmation of your identity, age, residential address, and ownership of the payment methods registered to your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ace4 may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
ace4 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ace4 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player balances.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on ace4:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction, processed instantly

5.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ace4 does not accept deposits from third parties. Third-party deposits — regardless of the relationship between the depositor and the player — will be returned to the source account and may trigger a KYC review of the receiving player account.
ace4 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard fees imposed by those payment providers on their end may apply and are outside ace4's control. Bank transfer and card deposits may be subject to fees from the issuing bank or card network.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ace4 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; processing times vary by payment method and are subject to KYC clearance on the account.
ace4 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity or payment verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is withheld for investigation, ace4 will communicate the reason to the player within a reasonable timeframe.
Real-money balances that have not been subject to any wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be treated as dormant. ace4 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its inactivity policy, which will be communicated to players before any deduction is made.
5.4 Currency and Exchange
All ace4 account balances are held exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currencies are accepted or held on the platform. ace4 applies no internal currency conversion charges. The ৳ Taka symbol and BDT abbreviation used on this platform refer solely to the official currency of Bangladesh.
Bonuses and Promotions
ace4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds issued by ace4 are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed against those funds or winnings derived from them. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available only to players who hold a single, verified ace4 account in good standing. Players who hold multiple accounts, have been identified as bonus abusers, or have previously had their account closed for cause are not eligible for promotional bonuses. ace4 reserves the right to decline a bonus application or revoke a bonus at any time if it determines that the player does not meet eligibility criteria.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time they are credited to the player's account. Bonus funds and any associated free bets that are not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account without notice. Wagering requirements must be completed before the expiry date — partially completed wagering that lapses at expiry does not qualify for any pro-rated withdrawal.
6.4 Abuse of Promotional Terms
ace4 monitors all promotional activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine sporting risk (arbitrage betting on bonuses), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, ace4 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on ace4 is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules published within the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall take precedence.
7.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on ace4 — including pre-match and live in-play wagers on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation except where ace4 exercises its discretion to offer a cash-out option on selected markets.
ace4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement threshold, or found to have been the subject of irregular betting patterns consistent with match-fixing or manipulation. Where bets are voided, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
7.2 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG embedded in the certified game software. ace4 does not alter, influence, or modify game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or crash game round, ace4's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. 7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

These limits vary by sport, market, game type, and player account status, and are displayed within each relevant betting interface and game lobby. ace4 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time without prior notice, including as part of responsible gaming measures.
7.4 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds being published due to human or system error, ace4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. ace4 is not obligated to honour winnings resulting from bets placed on the basis of materially erroneous odds or game configurations. Players who knowingly exploit an error to place bets may have their accounts suspended and winnings forfeited.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace4 platform. Engaging in any of the below activities — or facilitating others to do so — will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Underage access: Attempting to register or use ace4 while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
- Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account on ace4.
- False information: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with ace4.
- Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into an ace4 account.
- Money laundering: Using ace4 to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their illegal origin. ace4 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of betting markets, poker games, or any other competitive gaming format on ace4.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms, wagering requirements, or bonus structures through systematic low-risk betting, multi-accounting, or coordinated abuse.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the ace4 platform in a way that is not achievable through normal human use.
- Match-fixing: Placing bets on the basis of inside information obtained through corrupt or illegal means, or participating in any arrangement to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
- Platform interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or modify any part of the ace4 software, systems, or infrastructure.
Account Suspension and Closure
ace4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8, failure to complete KYC verification, breach of any provision in these Terms, or any circumstance in which ace4 reasonably concludes that continued operation of the account represents a risk to the platform, to other players, or to the player themselves.
9.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your ace4 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before your account is closed, ace4 will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of wagering requirements on any active bonuses.
9.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from ace4. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked from login, deposit, and wagering activity. 9.3 Consequences of Closure for Cause
Where an account is closed by ace4 for cause — including any breach of these Terms — ace4 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings in the account. Real-money balances in accounts closed for cause are subject to investigation and may be withheld pending resolution of any dispute or law enforcement inquiry.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ace4 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — even where ace4 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
ace4's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ace4 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While ace4 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform uptime and security, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ace4's reasonable control (including network outages affecting Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk infrastructure in Bangladesh) does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude ace4's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
ace4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the Services, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, improvements to platform policies, or any other reason at ace4's sole discretion.
When material changes are made to these Terms, ace4 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the ace4 website. The updated Terms will display the effective date at the top of this page. It is each player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any revisions.
Your continued use of the ace4 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1 above. ace4 will not penalise any player who chooses to close their account solely because they do not accept an amendment to these Terms — their verified real-money balance will be returned in full subject to standard withdrawal processing.
Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing policies, or formatting updates — may be made without specific notice to players and take effect immediately upon publication.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to account closure, payment processing, bonus forfeiture, or any other aspect of the ace4 platform — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services and electronic transactions in the jurisdiction in which ace4 operates.
12.1 Dispute Resolution

- The date and time of the relevant event (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6)
- The amount in dispute (in Bangladeshi Taka, ৳)

12.2 Escalation
If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the informal support process, you may request that the matter be escalated to ace4's senior dispute resolution team. Escalated cases will be reviewed independently of the initial support interaction and a final decision will be communicated in writing within 20 business days of the escalation request being received.
12.3 Language of Disputes
